Capital Campaign

Through the City of Chicago, the Puerto Rican Arts Alliance has acquired the Elbridge firehouse located at 3000 North Elbridge Street (near Milwaukee and Central Park Avenues) in Chicago. With your support, the Puerto Rican Arts Alliance plans to renovate and convert the firehouse into a Puerto Rican cultural center.

The center will serve as a community center and a hub for high quality cultural programs serving the City of Chicago and the entire Midwest. It will provide much needed space for educational workshops and performing and visual arts presentations, as well as serving as PRAA’s administrative headquarters. We will need to raise $2.5 million to realize this historic dream to build the next great Chicago cultural institution, dedicated to preserving and promoting the art, culture, and traditions of Puerto Rico.

The need is pressing! The opportunity is great! The time is now!

We are 80% to our goal, but we need your help! Every donation is greatly appreciated, and 100% tax deductible.
