Kevin Lichterman
Senior Vice President in Wintrust Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Finance Division

Kevin Lichterman is a Senior Vice President in Wintrust Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Finance Division and is responsible for overseeing a team of lenders with over $500 million in aggregate loan commitments. In his capacity as a leader within the Wintrust organization, he coaches and mentorships younger employees. Kevin brings a unique perspective to banking and finance due to his keen business acumen, exceptional customer service skills, and his prior work experience as a real estate investor, real estate broker,  banker, and marketing executive. Prior to returning to Wintrust Bank, Kevin’s work with American Landmark Properties provided him additional experience with raising equity from high-net-worth individuals while underwriting complex, institutional size, office, mixed-use, and multifamily real estate investments. Kevin holds an MBA from Roosevelt University with a concentration in real estate development and a BA in Communications from Purdue University. He enjoys camping, biking, playing guitar, and travel. Kevin currently resides in Skokie, IL with his wife Amy and their two children.
